Job Description
Egon Zehnder is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Industrial Practice Group. The role will involve leveraging domain knowledge and external network to drive C-level/senior candidate recommendations and/or mid-level candidate development, as well as proactively driving business development opportunities. The candidate will work closely with experts and consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior-level, international projects.
Requirements
- Post Graduate from an accredited academic institution
- Deep knowledge of the industrial sector or clear propensity to learn about it
- 5+ years of business research experience
- 1-2 years of experience in any industrial sector
- Understanding of subdomains such as oil & gas, machinery, mining, chemicals, and automotive
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Experience of working on international engagements
