Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d) - London: Acquire new partners for Hussle (now part of EGYM Wellpass) and drive growth. Manage sales pipeline, develop strategies, represent the business, and collaborate with EGYM Technology colleagues.
Requirements
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing deals
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow partnerships with UK fitness operators
- Public Speaking: Represent the business confidently on panels, webinars and seminars
- Event Participation: Participate in and lead events to support lead generation and increase brand awareness
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored pitches to senior decision-makers at target operators
- Collaboration: Collaborate with EGYM Technology colleagues on joint deals that combine the EGYM Wellpass/Hussle marketplace with our smart gym equipment solutions
- Negotiation: Handle objections and lead negotiations with operators
- Process Optimisation: Provide insights and feedback to optimise and improve the sales process
- CRM Proficiency: Use Salesforce and other tools effectively and act as an advocate for best practices as the business scales
