Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead - Cloud Infrastructure to lead our international team in Berlin. As a Team Lead, you will guide and mentor the Cloud Infrastructure team, design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure, and drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD improvements.
Requirements
- Leadership experience as a Team Lead for a software engineering team
- Extensive experience in Systems Engineering or DevOps with a deep technical focus on Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and cloud providers
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and managing containerized workloads
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash, with experience with Go or Java an advantage
