Requirements
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services.
- Manage the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
- Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments, managing relationships to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and drive procurement efficiency.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring compliance and tracking spend against targets.
- Oversee and implement best practices in procurement processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
