Associate Benefit Advisor

As a Seasonal Associate Benefit Advisor, you will navigate calls with beneficiaries, selecting their health insurance coverage. This is a sales role in a call center environment with competitive base pay and uncapped commission incentives.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a resident state health insurance license or currently possess an active health insurance license
• Previous sales experience or a passion for learning and growing in a sales role
• Strong technology skills
• Coachability and teachability
• High level of integrity and customer focus
• Ability to work in a call center environment with daily sales metrics and goals
