Member Advocate Specialist

Requirements

• Ability to obtain resident state health insurance license or possess an active health insurance license
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of integrity and customer focus
