Assistant Travaux F/H

Eiffage Construction Amélioration de l'Habitat is recruiting an Assistant Travaux F/H to support the Director's Assistant in administrative coordination for the smooth running of the agency's activities, including contract establishment, administrative correspondence, and tender file preparation.

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in assistance, administrative management, or equivalent
• Successful first experience in a similar position
• Experience in a regulated or sensitive environment (asset)
• Master of Microsoft Office tools
• Sense of discipline, organization, and discretion
• Reactivity and autonomy in managing missions
• Relational and listening skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate efficiently with various interlocutors
