Juriste Senior International - Génie Civil - CDI F/H

Eiffage Civil Engineering is a leading company in civil engineering with a strong presence in France and internationally. The company is looking for a Senior International Lawyer to join its International Legal Department.

Requirements

• Higher education in private law or business law (Master II, DJCE, LLM)
• 8-10 years of experience in large infrastructure projects (BTP/energy/industry)
• Current practice of FIDIC contracts (essential)
• Confirmed ability to negotiate contracts in an international environment
• Rigour, autonomy, and ability to manage several tenders and disputes in parallel, in a sustained context
• Strong relational qualities: pedagogy, listening, and ability to work with operational interlocutors
• Current English is obligatory; Spanish is a plus
• Experience on execution projects (follow-up of relations with the client and/or subcontractors, ability to draft)
