• Proficiency with modern development tools like Cursor
• An all-in attitude and willingness to put your best effort into every aspect of your work
• Ability to move fast and bring products to proof-of-concept in less than 3-5 days
• High agency and self-direction to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
• Passion for blockchain technology and alignment with our mission of permissionless innovation
• Strong technical foundation and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
• Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
