Data Analyst, Growth

Eight Sleep is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team within the Growth organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering insights that influence the product and marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer or similar technical role
• B.S. degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field preferred
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL, experience using Python or R is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of end-to-end data infrastructure, including using data pipeline tools, data transformation tools such as DBT and data warehousing best practices
• Expert knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel
• A data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience utilizing large data sets to inform strategic decision making
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
• Be an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility
