Research Associate

Join Eight Sleep, a sleep fitness company that's redefining what it means to be well-rested. We're looking for a hands-on, highly-organized and detail-oriented Research Associate to manage research studies for the company.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience running human factors research, user testing or in-person human research studies
• Experience with prototype hardware, software, Google suite, and command line tools
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and firmware for data collection purposes
• Superior communications skills, excellent time management & organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to quickly adapt to changes
• Willing to work nights & weekends for study setup and checks.
• Willing to locally travel to users' houses (i.e. must have a car) to set up the Pod for testing.
• Able to lift ~25 pounds and to change the Pod cover & sheets on a mattress, etc.
