Job Description
Eikon Therapeutics is a new biopharmaceutical company seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Study Management to oversee the execution of clinical trials in oncology and related therapeutic areas. The role involves team leadership, operational excellence, ensuring high-quality clinical studies, and close collaboration with clinical research and development teams. The position requires a minimum of 3 days a week of onsite presence across California or New Jersey.
Requirements

- Demonstrate understanding of therapeutic and clinical drug development
- Ensure studies are conducted according to protocols and regulations
