Senior Data Scientist, Biology

Eikon Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Biology to lead the analysis and interpretation of complex biological data, leveraging advanced computational techniques to drive critical insights for biotech research and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related field or a PhD without experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar languages commonly used in biological data analysis.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex biological data sets, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and more.
• Strong familiarity with bioinformatics tools, databases, and resources for data integration and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and technical communication.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills in analyzing intricate biological data.
