Senior Director, Information Security

Eikon Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Information Security to lead our cybersecurity and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with a strong track record in information security management.

Requirements

• Post Graduate degree with 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage up, down and to the sides
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the biotech and healthcare industries
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective cybersecurity programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Strong background in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) highly desirable
