Job Description
We're seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our Influencer Marketing in building, managing, and scaling Shameless Snacks' high-performance creator program.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, DTC eCommerce, or another role with heavy operational coordination
- Demonstrated operational discipline
- Working familiarity with direct-response concepts (CPA, ROAS, tracking links)
- Highly organized and able to manage many small moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfort with Google Sheets and project management tools
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools (GRIN, Aspire, Impact.com) is a plus
- A genuine interest in creator content
- Eagerness to learn from a more experienced operator and grow into a full Coordinator-level seat over 12–24 month
