Team Leader : WEB Development

The Web Development Lead will be responsible for building the presentation layer for web applications, overseeing specific development projects, and delivering front-end technologies.

Requirements

• B.Tech / MCA
• 60 % and above for all qualified exams
• HTML5, CSS 3, and Social experience (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
• Core understanding of Javascript fundamentals and intricacies
• Mobile Application development both using mobile web
• SQL fundamentals
• Standards compliant HTML and CSS
• Strong Javascript, ability to utilize libraries like jQuery and Prototype, but not reliant on them
• Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Understanding of MVC fundamentals
• Comfortable in the Linux command line
• Experience with a server side programming language, preferably PHP
• Experience with version control such as CVS, SVN, or GIT
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and front-end performance best practices
• Ability to get around in Photoshop; slice images, create image sprites, etc.
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
• Ability to successfully lead and mentor developers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
