Ekkiden is an international consulting group founded in 2019, managing a ecosystem of passionate and committed consultants who lead organizational, operational and technological transformation projects. As Application Maintenance Responsible, you will ensure the operational and strategic management of the application park.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in application maintenance or application management
• Solid understanding of the application lifecycle (ALM)
• Experience in managing incidents, changes and problems
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM environments
• Experience in multi-actor coordination (technical teams, departments, suppliers)
• Ability to pilot releases and application evolutions
