Requirements

• Define, structure, and pilot large-scale programs and project portfolios
• Ensure program governance (strategic committees, steering committees, and operational committees)
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, delivery plans, and resource plans
• Pilot the cost-timeliness-quality-scope triad, including financial tracking and reporting
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
• Coordinate multiple project teams (technical, functional, compliance, external partners)
• Ensure functional integration of solutions and alignment with business needs
• Promote sustainable solutions, prioritizing market solutions when relevant
• Accompany human and organizational impacts related to transformations (change management)
• Ensure clear, structured, and adapted communication to all levels of stakeholders
