Customer Experience Associate

Eko builds AI and digital tools to enable healthcare providers to detect heart and lung disease with higher accuracy. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll handle core support interactions and high-impact moments, representing Eko across channels with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to provide white-glove support and handle sensitive escalations
• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent judgment under pressure
