Paid Social Channel Marketing Manager

Eko is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid social advertising channels. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing meta and tiktok campaigns at a direct-to-consumer brand and a proven track record of success overseeing full-funnel media campaigns with at least $500K monthly spend across platforms.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for paid social campaigns across meta, tiktok, and other social platforms.
• Develop and implement full-funnel media plans that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retargeting performance for healthcare professionals.
• Manage and optimize campaigns within platforms to drive strong ROAS and effectively scale media spend.
• Define and manage budgets across channels by continuously reviewing and adjusting media spend to achieve scale while aligning with performance targets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including data privacy changes, new ad formats, and media innovations, and apply learnings to enhance our media strategy.
