El Camino Health seeks a skilled Project Manager to deliver multiple healthcare design and construction projects. The ideal candidate excels in communication, multidisciplinary team management, and has a strong understanding of healthcare facility operations, construction, and project management software. The Project Manager will coordinate all project phases, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Manage multiple design and construction projects from inception to completion
• Clearly communicate complex project information to stakeholders
• Coordinate with Inspectors of Record, state agencies, and contractors to ensure compliance with healthcare codes and standards
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and regulatory requirements are met prior to occupancy or project approval
• Oversee relocations, furniture, equipment, and IT scopes, collaborating with internal teams to minimize clinical disruption
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow reports; use project management tools to track progress
• Identify and manage project risks; implement corrective actions as needed
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and trust within project teams
• Implement LEAN construction processes to improve project efficiency and value
• Apply knowledge of healthcare facility operations to ensure construction supports efficiency, safety, and patient experience
