Job Description
CentroMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary source of contact for patients at CentroMed clinic, ensuring positive experiences and welcoming patients into the system. The CSR is responsible for registration, processing, and data entry, as well as conducting patient financial reviews and coordinating encounter data entry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General experience working in a health care setting
- Experience with medical data entry preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
