Job Description
The 2026 Launch Program: Associate Product Designer Intern is a 10-week summer internship at Red Ventures in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The role will provide hands-on industry experience, training, and a chance to get a full-time return offer for the following summer.
Requirements
- Graduating Winter 2026 or Summer 2027 with a relevant Bachelors
- Foundational design skills and Figma proficiency, including basic UX/UI principles, wireframes, flows, and visual hierarchy
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially around design systems, research, and team processes
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, working well with others, taking initiative, and exploring solutions independently
- Experience with graphic design
- Passion for your craft, with an appetite to stay on the cutting edge of new trends
- Desire to grow with a flexible skillset - leaning into writing content, visual design, and user research
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with no ego, a competitive spirit, and great sense of humor
- Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
