Real Estate - Administrative Assistant

Blackstone Real Estate is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the Head of Blackstone Real Estate. The position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within financial services, real estate, or a similarly dynamic professional environment
• Experience with expense management (preferably Concur) and event planning
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
