The Directeur Industrialisation - TSMS H/F will lead the industrialization and launch of products, ensure compliance and process validation, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's degree)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment
- In-depth knowledge of production equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage a team, solve complex problems, and lead technical projects
