At Elanco, we are dedicated to innovation and delivering products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets. As a Director of Analytical Development, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for advancing Elanco’s small molecule drug product pipeline.
Requirements
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline; or a Master’s degree with extensive equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8 years (PhD) or 12 years (Master's) of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on analytical and CMC development for drug products.
- Deep expertise in small molecule analytical development, with strong knowledge of drug product performance testing (e.g., dissolution) and a thorough understanding of global regulatory expectations (GMP, VICH).
