Head of Quality Systems (m/f/d)

At Elanco, we are looking for a Head of Quality Systems to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system (QMS) at the German production site for veterinary vaccines. The role ensures compliance with national and international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and promotes a robust and effective quality culture in all operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, or a related scientific discipline
• At least 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in leading and developing a team of quality experts
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with German and international regulations, particularly those relevant to sterile production and vaccine production
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership personality, analytical and problem-solving thinking, communication & influence
