Manager, Quality Assurance (On The Floor)

As a Manager, QA (On The Floor) at Elanco, you will lead a shift-based QA team and provide real-time GMP oversight directly on the manufacturing floor to ensure compliance and inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field
• Experience supporting GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of aseptic behavior and floor compliance (FDA/USDA)
• Strong real-time decision making in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced, shift-based operations
