Senior Research Scientist- Target Validation and Early Project Lead

At Elanco, we're looking for a Senior Research Scientist to lead target validation and early project development. You'll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing novel targets, guiding cross-functional teams, and managing external partnerships. This is a non-lab role that leverages advanced techniques and AI/ML data analysis.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Cell/Molecular Biology or a related field with several years of postdoctoral training
• Professional experience in industry research and early-stage biotech/drug discovery
• CRO management experience
• Expertise in target identification and validation, including approaches such as cell line development and biological assay development
