Job Description
Elara Caring seeks an Area Vice President Operations to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to patients in their preferred home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational development, healthcare, and supervision, and will be committed to our mission of delivering unparalleled care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field
- 5+ years Organizational development experience
- 5+ years of Health Care experience
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in PCS
- Master’s Degree in Business, Leadership, Organizational Development or related field is preferred
- Current RN License is Preferred
