Job Description
Join Elara Caring as a Care Team Supervisor, leading a team of dedicated caregivers and making a real impact in the lives of patients. You'll contribute to our success by coordinating personal care services, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with licensure and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferred
- Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
