Hospice Master Social Worker

Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Master Social Worker to provide patient care across the entire continuum of care. The role involves delivering quality care, exceeding patient expectations, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
• Licensure subject to state requirements
• 1 year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• 50% travel required
