Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes. As an OT, you will contribute to our mission by evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and delivering therapy services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted OT license valid in the state of practice
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Willing and able to travel within your local coverage area
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance per state laws
