Occupational Therapist OT Home Health

Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team in providing high-quality care to patients in their preferred home setting. The successful candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and will be part of a collaborative environment that values compassion and dedication.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
