Job Description
Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team, providing home-based therapy to patients in Merrillville, Portage, and Wheatfield, IN. The role involves conducting initial OT evaluations, creating individualized Plans of Care, and communicating with care teams. Competitive compensation and tuition reimbursement are offered.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active, unrestricted OT license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the service area
- Reliable vehicle, driver’s license & auto insurance
- Comfortable lifting 50–100 lbs and performing physical patient care tasks
