Registered Nurse RN Home Health | 1:1 Patient Care | Flexible Schedule

We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN to provide 1:1 patient care in home health settings. The nurse will manage a caseload, perform assessments, and develop individualized care plans. The role requires at least 1 year of clinical experience and a current RN license. The nurse will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and utilize electronic documentation systems. Requirements

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse RN license
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
• Ability to travel within the branch coverage area
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
