Registered Nurse RN Home Health

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Home Health to join their team, providing high-quality care to patients in their preferred home setting. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to compassion and patient care, with a focus on making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state RN licensee
• 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred
• Previous Home Health or Hospice Experience is preferred
• Previous experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred
