Implementation Manager

Implementation Manager responsible for helping customers deploy and adopt Elation's solutions through exceptional customer-facing communication skills and understanding of customer business needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success, implementation, strategic or management consulting role
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Proficiency in the use and application of AI tools to enhance efficiency and the customer experience
