Job Description

As a Operations BLCA Analyst, you will partner with leaders to create and implement effective risk management frameworks, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and identify gaps and drive solutions to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Partner with leaders and risk teams to establish a formally documented control program
- Create and maintain controls in alignment with the U.S. Bank Business Line Control Environment Policy
- Complete analysis of risk/control environment to determine gaps and align mitigating controls
- Ensure formal control documentation is housed within a central repository
- Create process maps and facilitate annual process map validations
- Present control concerns to the Leadership team
