Job description
We are seeking a Senior Employment Law Counsel to support our Europe employment law function and partner closely with HR and business leaders across multiple European jurisdictions. This is a senior role for an experienced employment lawyer who enjoys operating at pace, managing complex employee relations matters and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice in a regulated environment.
Advise HR and managers across Europe on a broad range of day-to-day employment law issues including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, redundancies, restructurings, employee exits and TUPE‐related matters. Provide employment law support on projects, organisational change and transformation initiatives across Europe.
Qualified lawyer with 8+ years’ experience in employment law. Strong in‐house experience (highly preferred), ideally within the financial services sector or another regulated sector. Experience advising across multiple European jurisdictions.
