Senior Employment Counsel

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to join our team in London. The role involves providing day-to-day advice and counselling to management, Human Resources, Employee Relations, and other lawyers on labour and employment law matters. The position includes managing employment-related claims and litigation in the UK, EU, and internationally.

What You Will Do

Provide legal advice and counsel to management and Human Resource professionals, manage employment-related claims and litigation, and assist other employment lawyers on a broad range of employment issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a UK employment law expert with experience advising on EU and cross-border employment issues. Relevant experience with professional services firms is a plus.

Requirements

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Senior-level lawyer 6+ years PQE
• Proven and extensive employment law experience, including employment litigation
• Significant, broad and general knowledge of all aspects of labour and employment law
