Requirements
- Perform detailed documentation of all as-is processes, including communication flows, handoff points, and data exchanges
- Assist in shaping to-be processes leveraging modern digital tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Highlight potential risks, communicate with Internal Audit, and monitor corrective actions
- Participate in meetings with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Contribute to documentation, tracking of deliverables, and general support for digital transformation initiatives
