Job Description
Elbit America is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist to lead cross-functional Night Vision initiatives, drive process improvement, and support strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 4-6 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or quality management roles
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business results
