Branch Manager

Elders is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Clermont team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a branch leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
• Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen
