Commercial Asset Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Commercial Asset Managers manage a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients. Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, will ensure you are successful in this role.

Requirements

• AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or higher
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Property Industry
• Property Representative Licence (or ability to obtain in the near future)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
• Customer centric focus
• Basic financial and analytical skills
• Smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
• Current Drivers Licence
