We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis. As a Real Estate Sales Representative at Elders, you’ll take the lead in growing our real estate presence in the region through proactive marketing, local networking, and building lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- List, market, and sell residential and/or rural broadacre properties
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and service excellence
- Achieve targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
- Support Branch business development initiatives and community engagement
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional events (e.g. field days, community functions)
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, standards, and reporting obligations
- Collaborate with other Elders teams to provide integrated client solutions
