Maintenance Coordinator - Plant

Role Overview

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supervising the Senior Mechanical Planner and planning, organizing, and optimizing mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in the plant to ensure equipment reliability, minimize production downtime, and support plant operations in a safe and efficient manner.

What You Will Do

Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, prioritize interventions, prepare and coordinate work orders, and assign tasks to maintenance teams and subcontractors.

Requirements

• DEC in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of a maintenance management system (an asset)
