Manager III, Maintenance (Maintenance Superintendent)

Electra is seeking an experienced Manager III, Maintenance to lead all mechanical and facility maintenance at our new clean‐iron demonstration plant. This role supports commissioning and startup while ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy industry, metals, or mineral processing
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams or multiple functional areas
