Job Description
Windsor Salt Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Ojibway Mine location. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of mobile equipment, fixed plant, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in underground mining or a heavy industry
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of mobile mining equipment and fixed plant systems
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning best practices
- Red Seal Electrician – Industrial (309A) or Construction and Maintenance (442A)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Experience in underground salt, potash, or hard-rock mining
- Supervisory or management certification
- Experience managing unionized workforces
- Knowledge of Ontario mining legislation and regulatory requirements
