Job Description
Electreon is seeking a R&D Product Lead to oversee a project and collaborate with partners. The role involves leading the team in system engineering, production, and defining technical strategies. The Product Leader will be deeply involved in defining architectural and strategic decisions to drive growth and evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a technical project manager/leader in a multidisciplinary company
- Experience with various complex system designs
- Proficiency in leading system integration
- Understanding of technical system requirements
- Experience in managing project schedules
- Proficiency in English at a very high level
- Background in the automotive industry (an advantage)
